Engineering
We apply sound engineering practices to design and manufacture architectural engineered products, and provide turn-key solutions to clients searching for custom products not available from other manufacturers. Our services include design, engineered calculations, manufacturing, delivery scheduling, project specific installation instructions and technical assistance.
Product Design
Our product design capabilities extend to standard and custom aluminum railings, steel railings, stainless steel railings, glass balustrades, cable railings, aluminum and steel sunshades, glass sunshades, simply supported canopies, cantilevered canopies and structural glass walls. We evaluate our designs to meet structural loading requirements of IBC 2006, chapters 16 and 24 and safety requirements of IBC 2006 chapters 10 and 24.
Drawings
We provide AutoCad shop drawings and can also provide Inventor 3D models or BIM models to allow visualization of the finished product prior to consummation of manufacturing.
Fabrication
Our fabrication capabilities include cutting, welding, forming and developing new extrusions and castings to create innovative components that allow our products to be used in non-conventional applications.
Powder Coating
Our electrostatic powder coating capability is a high quality process that ensures that the powder coat products you receive from us will stand the test of time. Our process meets American Architectural Manufacturer Association (AAMA) standards for gloss retention and durability. We are certified by Spraylat Corporation for the application of their powder coatings. Standard and custom colors are available. Our powder coating process emits zero volatile organic compounds (VOC's) and produces no hazardous waste, allowing us to stay true to our committment of pursuing environmentally sustainable initiatives and reducing our impact on the environment.
